Hi, I’m Luka, founder of Valiant Wellness. 

A few years ago… I was ashamed of my physique. I had no balance in my life. Working 80 hours a week in finance, spent the weekends getting drunk on liquor, and occasionally hitting the gym to offset my undisciplined weekends. 

What I was left with was a chubby, dad bod for 3 years. I was ashamed to take my shirt off in public because of my muffin tops, lol. 

My shattered confidence left me feeling ashamed of my declining physique. I felt dreadful, with my self-esteem hitting rock bottom, as if I had become a mere shadow of my former outgoing self. As a former collegiate athlete, I felt like a fraud. I realized I couldn’t continue living in discomfort within my own skin indefinitely.
